hey guys this is just what we went over saturday night.
1. Everyone starts in which ever city one chooses, then we all meet up in Bastok once in game. (once in game Post in the Final Fantasy XI section and/or in our Guild Forums as to which server your on)
2. Everyone make their Gil anyway possible just in case Your server is picked to be the home server, this way world passes will be available faster to get all our brothers onto one server.
3.Rank system- right now its importance is minimal, we have hammered out that we are Senior members and that we all would have say in what happens in our guild, and have some officers elected too. But until we are all together and solid on one server this really is a minimal thing.
The first two steps are the up most priority to accomplish, ranks, raids, loot system, new members will all happen ingame, but coming together first is way more important.
this post is also to help those of you who could not make it to saturday's meeting. Thanks to all who showed up 
it shows dedication.
Any suggestions guys just post em.

update on crimson blades:
we are the the titan server.
its highly recomended to choose bastok as your starting city, being that most missions we do are there and from what i can figure somone from another nation cannot do these missions.
