Just don't let you're self controled by this F2P haters flow and haters .... I was banned and was reading forum ... I face palm every time i'm here just don't listen to what whine ppl here...

oh please. - zone into the docks and kill malanie, hardly a intense script quest, it's 1 mob that needs to respawn every 45 seconds after it dies, it should not bug out ever.

I don't know this quest, but most of the bugged quests work if there isn't a crowd around. For example, I could kill one of the 3 Abominations because everyone else was having a party in the other 2 spawn points. But couldn't get the other two. People keep on arriving and piling up, blocking the respawn

so that makes it ok, you can kill the mobs so long as other people arent around you.. in an MMO?

Not 'other people', 20 people trying to activate an encounter. And I didn't say it's ok, I said that's the reason. You do whatever you want with it

Why would a company use an old build? Well, if this is a marketting strategy, it is failing, becasue people aren't pleased with the quality of the content and that the game is actually gonna be released in 2 weeks. Using an old build means that the beta is useless more or less, since the feedback is gonna in response to old bugs that already fixed? The only logical reason is that they are not totally done and are still working on the build which again messes up the concep of releasing a beta.

I love Elder Scrolls lore and I don't want to be disappointed. I never thought of this game as something huge after seeing the beta, but I thought it would be an enjoyable experience to run through the world, exploring the story. I am not pleased however, with how rushed the game seem to be. GW2 proved that despite many bugs, the game via beta can be so polished and get so well-recieved something that ESO isn't really close of tbh which is sad cause I want the game to be huge.

This build is the latest build and if it isn't it has to be very darn close considering that it is quite a bit different than the last beta weekend which was 2 weeks (I think) ago?

The AvA bugs were very disapointing.Disappearing architecture is not good.
