"In preparation for Early Access, we have changed the campaign reassignment and guest campaign assignment cooldown to 12 hours. In addition, we have also changed the cost to reassign your campaign any time from 100,000 AP to 15,000 AP."
-Good. This is highly needed. Locking people in overcrowded or undercrowded campaigns was not so cool.
"You will no longer be able to enter the alliance entry gates with an Elder Scroll."
- Not sure I underdstand this; how are we supposed to steal an Elder Scroll now?? o.0
"Significantly reduced the XP from monster kills in Public Dungeons.
Slightly reduced the XP from monster kills in Explorable Caves."
- Absolutely HORRIBLE. XP from mob kills needs to be RAISED, not lowered EVEN MORE. Grrr. What the heck are they thinking! Some people enjoy a bit a mindless mob killing; it's already close to zero! Bah.

I am honesty surprised that they are not doing another beta this weekend. Those quest bugs absolutely need to be fixed before launch. Everything else is tolerable.

Yep, the 2 biggest issues that people were most vocal about being unhappy about and they aren't changing either one. Not going to go over well.
How in any way could that possibly be the 2 biggest issues? You really think reworking "yet again" the intro is more important than getting the quest breaking issue as well as phasing issue with groups worked out? Something that will plague you for far longer than a 30 second load screen. Really?
Personally I don't think they are 'huge' issues, I just want the game to succeed and I think they are design flaws that are easily fixed just as easily as they were updated in patch v.18.

or...they already were. Again....the weekend tests weren't the current build.
They explicitly said they found the cause of the issues and are working on a fix. Hence they have not yet fixed it in 1.82 the most recent build.

I love when smart people put dumb people in their place. Maybe next time they will think before they start moving their fingers over their keyboard and hit enter.

I don't understand why people are all up in arms about the starting area. Those stupid weapons in the rack are level 1 LEVEL OOOONNNNNEEE!!! WHO CARES!!!
As far as I'm concerned it's better this way. Get me out of the starter area as quickly as possible!

Again a slam dunk reply. People are making no sense with priorities. How do you go through life with poop in your pants and shoes but nicely combed hair all day?
Taking a shit first is a priority over combing you hair people!!!

First, who is "all up in arms"? Don't be a drama queen. I said I'm disappointed by a design decision. 2nd, it doesn't affect me at all. My concern is for those either new to MMOs or newbies to the game. In my opinion it makes things more confusing and I'm certainly not alone in this thinking. Some of us care about how design choices affect others and not always ourselves because we want the game to be successful.
ok i need to know something then, the version you guys are going on about being the magic patch to cure all, is the 0.182 version of the game. how old is that patch? the reason i ask is the version i have of the game from weekend is 1.0.0.941004. to me the higher the number the later the version. so i would understand that version 0.941 is a later version than 0.182, this to me seems wrong.
for the rest i agree, they need to work on the busted quests, who gives a flying ^&*@ about a lvl 1 weapon. which once you skip the tutorial you get another two anyway.

As far as the weapon rack, i don't think it's wise to force new players into a weapon they might hate using. It makes more sense to let them start with a weapon of choice so they enjoy things from the start. First impressions go a long way with some players.

i understand your point, and believe me i prefer the start from a couple of beta weekends ago when you could choose what starter weapon you got. i just want them to fix the broken stuff.
In order to address some XP grinding exploits, we have reduced the XP received from kills in certain areas of the game:
Significantly reduced the XP from monster kills in Public Dungeons.
Slightly reduced the XP from monster kills in Explorable Caves.
What the fuck? EVEN LESS XP?! It is now considered an exploit to skip quests and fucking grind mobs for xp? And you even took away the possibility to se MY OWN DAMN BUFFS that last like 12 seconds each. Now i have to guess when to refresh?
Screw you Zenimax. 4 Preorders canceled.
MMOs finally replaced social interaction, forced grouping and standing in a line while talking to eachother.
Now we have forced soloing, forced questing and everyone is the hero, without ever having to talk to anyone else. The evolution of multiplayer is here! We won,... right?

They said in the beta mail that the beta had the newest patch.... now for this patch they wanted to let us know they found the issue and are working on it... not yet fixed but it looks like it will be by launch.
If its fixed then i`ll get it this was my biggest concern about the game and i guess theirs too.

Why only 4 preorder ? Should of said 10! That makes you look even better
I don't see anything about fixing the auto dismounting bug. That and the ESC key not working intermittently were the 2 most annoying bugs, for me. Hopefully that stuff was already addressed in another build.

If choices on a weapon rack are really going to break the game for newbies they have no business playing an mmo. Making less choice for the down syndrome players helps them move along without straining their wittle bwains. You make no sense with this post other than you are lashing out at me for pointing out how ridiculous this rant of yours is.
This is by far the easiest mmo to play that I have ever seen. So your retort makes no sense. Fact is I am not the drama queen you are. Anyone that even mentioned this change is a drama queen. That was my point in the first place. But if you want to call names then look in the mirror.
It's a five minutes of play time change and it's for the better. Give me a break.
People will likely equip the first weapon they find and try that out. Then the next one and so on since anything is better than a single sword. I doubt they would be seriously confused about just grabbing a sword, that can happen in elder scrolls games.
If the original weapon racks hadn't been in at all, no one would have complain. Once you give someone 'something' and then take it away, it makes them unhappy. Well, it makes some people unhappy.
Others realize that (in this situation) that you can find, buy, make a weapon within minutes (if not moments) of popping out of CH. Worst case scenario if I have the desire to play a staff sorcerer and I don't have one, I'll get one via a quest usually in the 1st hour.

Instead of just reducing the XP gain from killing a mob by lets say 50% I would have preferred they did something like 25% but at the same time increase their HP by the other 25%. Somewhat has a similar effect in slowing you XP gain speed and makes the game a bit more enjoyable.

Well, hopefully not, because people that show this kind of attitude every time a game gets ballanced, are to much powergamer to enjoy a game like ESO thats build for people that enjoy content..

How would reverting back to a weapon rack detract from fixing other issues, it's such a small and quick fix and it would make the experience more enjoyable to a lot of players. People complained about it this last beta and I didn't like the change either, that's enough reason for me to want them to revert to the original weapon rack. You obviously don't care, but many gamers do care about quality of life issues in their games and let's face it, first impressions can make or break a game.
