This. I had no intent on buying the IE edition because the only thing that was cool was the armour but you can make it regardless. But GMG's deal made it the same price so I might as well for the features and early access.

Because the standard edition does not include the Imperial Race.
And I was trying to gage the interest of the Pre-order people who pre-ordered the CE just for the Imperial race. Been a lot of pay-wall whine about it, so I wanted to see how relevant it is.
If anything, I should have put in the option of "All of the above".
The 5 Day Head Start should not even be an option because you get that for Pre-Order of either the Digital Standard or the Imperial Edition.
Only if you bought from the Bethesda Store. Any other retailer you only get 3 days for Standard.
The answer makes a little more sense then if a person did buy it at another retailer.
Of course, after watching many MMO releases have problem after problem with retailers not properly distributing codes, distributing invalid codes, failing to deliver the game on time, and many other issues, I am amazed people still even consider it a reasonable place to purchase the game. The only time I would see this as an option is if you were trying to actually get a physical item the game is offering, then you are taking a risk of actually playing it right at the time server comes up.
I believe the safest way to ever buy the game is directly from the developer and cut out the middle man. You may pay a little bit more, You may still have some issues with your purchase, but you will save yourself a big headache if there is a problem with both the developer and the retailer telling you it is not there problem and take it up with the other.

All of my Elder Scrolls toons are Bretons. The race did not matter to me one bit. Neither did the rings or pet.

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)
Lol.. Everything EXCEPT the Imperial Race? WTF..
I bought cause Everything AND the Imperial Race!!
You forgot an option. Everything the CE offers. Your poll seems biased against the imperial race being part of it.
