8 hour mark is here.   Do you go to sleep or do you stay awake until launch?

    If you sleep now you'll be able to get up and feel mostly rested and play all day.

    Sleep. Low cognitive function from lack of sleep is not going to help your game.

    I'm sleeping but have my alarm set for 3:00 AM. That way I can slam a pot of coffee before the 4:00 AM pacific start time.

    I keep checking hoping that they open the servers early like they did for several betas... but not looking good so far.

    I'm in the same boat. It's so annoying since I'm not a morning person to wake up at that time just to secure a name. I may just have to be creative and not worry about that and just get a good night rest :-).

    As with any other "big" launch be prepared for the possibility of stalled logins, server restarts/resets and whatnot. It might not happen but if you are prepping for launch also prepare your patience and anger skills as they just may be put into test :P

     

    My last "big" launch was DIablo 3. What a horrendous mess that was!!
