now blizzard know what eqn are doing blizzard can stop worrying and the ball can keep rolling on titan.

I think it has nothing to do with SoE and EQN that Titan got put on the back burners. WoW was losing gamers way to fast. Whats the point of making a new MMO at the cost of their money maker. Once Blizzard fixes their attrition problem I am sure Titan will be back in the works.
