Do not actually provide help or support.
Been waiting 4 days to find out why I cannot access my account. Numerous people were banned for some reason, got an apology and are now playing.
I am still waiting to find out why !!! They are truly hopeless.

So I should not complain about a game i paid full price for and for the CE version.
Hope you never need their help.
The bannings were for spamming in gen chat. Maybe somebody reported you for over advertising your guild in /z which is not for that. ???
In any case, the game is working great for me. I do have some issues with the actual game quality, but for the most part it's all good.
complaining in a forum about your ban is not going to help anyone, because just like prison, it's full of innocents and everyone always tells the absolute truth.
The fact is, they want you to play and to pay, they don't ban for no reason and your only option in every game is to deal with them through support, email or phone.

Some players accounts had been heck by gold spammers, So ESO banned those accounts to find out what account is a real/heck..
It's on their website forums with more detail.
Give it a few more days or even call.
