I can't tell if I'm more sad or disappointed at how regressed we are as a race.
I'd ask to have this thread locked but of course it would be quickly pointed out that its my fault I'm not laughing at the further dehumanization of women

I only watched like a few minutes so i'm not sure if there was actually any dehumanization doing on in that video, i just found it rather boring to watch and listen to. With that said, i wouldn't say the video was hinting at misogyny, but again i only saw the first 3 minutes before i skipped to the end which was also another waste of 30 seconds.
It is probably agreeable though that women are very much a whole different creature from men that really specialize in human emotion for better or worse, though lots of the time worse, but that could just be my experience.
Here is what im trying to say in the words of Louis C.K.
" A man will, like, steal your car or burn your house down or beat the shit out of you, but a woman will ruin your f*kin’ life. Do you see the difference? Like, a man will cut your arm off and throw it in a river, but he’ll leave you as a human being intact. He won’t f**k with who you are. Women are nonviolent, but they will shit inside of your heart.”

How exactly is it not misogynous, lol. You're just trolling methinks.
I really don't think it was, it just showed a parallel between dating someone and playing an mmorpg.
Lets use WoW for all intensive purposes, imagine WoW is a girl you've started dating and at first things are all great and you love WoW, its fun and makes you happy. Then as time goes on you get sick of WoW just like you can get sick of dating someone and it no longer becomes fun so you stop playing WoW or stop dating. (ironically i recently dropped WoW myself)
At least thats what i got from the video of what i watched. I couldn't bear to watch more it was that bad.

When you try to draw a parallel or make a comparison to something that you don't like by reckoning it to a human being, it reflects a direct negative connotation on said human being. In the case of the video, he was making negative connotations regarding shame and embarrassment directly related to a woman (dehumanizing) and also a woman who is fat or ugly or both, which is something that is typically perceived as negative.
Also using an example of a prostitute (human being) as an example of paying to play an mmo (object) it further dehumanizes said human being.
When we dehumanize and objectify a human being, or when we associate a human being with something that is to be ashamed or embarrassed of, it is considered to be coming from a place of hate. In fact, those associations are the foundation of where hate, oppression, and prejudice come from.
When these associations are placed by a man towards a woman, that is referred to as misogyny,

Misogyny 101

I watched it all, it was quite interesting and he has some valid points.
