So i bought the pre order from gmg have since decided that i wanted to cancel but they tell me that since i recieved the key they won't give refund. I though if the game was not live u could get a refund? I know thats how it works with gamestop.

    sounds like how it should work.

     

    You used the product (key), its not defective in any reasonable sense, so no refund.

    You got the pre-order "with headstart" so the game is live hence no refund.

    GMG has no way of invalidating your key or your account.  Only cabine has that ability.  If you bought the game through carbine's store you could probably get a refund, but not 3rd party.

    They actually gave me a refund today. I was rather surprised but they sent me a second email saying they looked at my request again and choose to refund me.

    I'm not sure if i will still have the game or not.
