Wildstar's flashing ads should be banned

I see Wildstar is running ads that blink and flash bright white again. This is very distracting, and I'll have to stop reading MMORPG until they stop them again.

These flashes of bright white do nothing except daze the reader. I've noticed them a lot on TV also. It seems to be a substitute for actual action: just flash the screen a lot and people will think something is happening.

Or, I guess I could go back to ad blocking software, again.

    Why would you ever turn adblock off? Especially here with the insane amount of pop-ups? Genuinely curious.

    Just disable your Flash plug-in.  It's better than ad-blocking software, it globally eliminates half of the advertising of the internet, because, get this, they use Flash.

    See, I actually support MMORPG, and so I allow their ads. However, the flashing Wildstar ads are obnoxious. Just thought I'd let them know ....

    Hey more power to you, if the ads weren't so intrusive and all over the place I'd support them to. But the site is nearly unusable without adblock on right now.

    I find the flashing ads on the main page of MMORPG and at the bottom of the forum pages a real pain to the eyes.

    This is one case where people are having trouble from the flashs to contact  the FTC and let them know so they can do something about it.

    I'm using Google Chrome, and I'm not seeing any WS adds at all. Knights Fable is flashing away and that's somewhat annoying but whatever.
