Sure it have nothing to do with the fact that ESO been out for 3 months

One requires 15$ more per month while the other does not.....

Interesting data, unturned, a game made in a year by a 16yo canadian, is competing with TF2 for avg users.

You're misusing Steam data: Divinity Original Sin directs people who want to buy the game to Steam from their official website, Elder Scrolls Online has their own online store.

^ this and it seems to be that these type of games seem to be "the flavor of the month" on steam like boulders gate type playability

those 'flavor of the month' games as you call them appear to be bringing in really good money for the size of the company. I am sure those 'flavor of the month' companies are happy while large companies like zenimax are jelly as shit.

Majority likes singleplayer-co-op games more? Nothing new really, always has been so and I don't think that would ever change. Apart from the shift where multiplayer games that offer  bigger worlds will be called MMO's because in fact the are. But the more traditional MMORPG's will like normal RPG's be a minority. Yet singelpayer/mutlilplayer optional will most likely be liked

Been playing games since pong and for some reason I just can't get immersed in a isometric view game anymore. Would this game Divinity: Original Sin be be either 3rd person or more prefered 1st person I am sure I would play it due to what it offers.

Well single player sells more then mmo. It's kind of well know. Though the more interesting point is how divinity gets kicked off the top when steam dose a midweek sale. I think it might just be a slow month.

And every new Battlefield, GTA or FIFA game is going to outperform ESO as well. (Along with most other MMO's)

I recall Blizzard posting that Diablo 3 (when it first came out on PC) sold 6 million copies in the first week.

The only MMO in existence that comes close to rivaling the box sales of some of those big singleplayer titles is WoW. (and it's had over a decade to do so)

My SWTOR referral link for those wanting to give the game a try. (Newbies get a welcome package while returning players get a few account upgrades to help with their preferred status.)

What if the box price was one million dollars and they only sold one... does it make it a better game than the one that only goes for a $1.50 that sold millions?

    A) ESO doing well and that makes you mad

    B) You have nothing else to do with your time

    C) You like to make hate/troll posts

    D) All of the above.

Yeah, it's hard to compare a game that mostly sells from their own website to one that directs to Steam. That's like me being the only supplier of hot dogs and saying they sell better than hamburgers when there's other places that sell them too.

Even selling 1 million @ $1.50 a copy you would make 1.5 million so....

    You suck at maths.

And to answer your question no it doesn't make it a better game or even a more financially successful game.
