Lineage 2: Free Expansion, Ertheia, to Go Live Today

NCSoft has announced that the free Lineage II expansion, Ertheia, is set to go live today, Wednesday, July 30th. The lore brings the four original races together via a time rift and centers around their hope to finally destroy Shilen, the Goddess of Destruction.

Along with adding a chapter to what has become an epic storyline spanning more than a decade, this expansion brings a host of new content for players both new and old. In the expansion, players can enjoy a new playable race – the Ertheia, acrobatic warriors and powerful wizards for which the expansion was named – a timed instance, new hunting zones and thrilling adventures.

Players who have paused in their pursuit of justice are invited to return and claim a Welcome Back Pack to help them get back into fighting shape. And players who create new characters will find some very helpful items in their inventory to make their journey easier, including a free mount!

    Very true. Ever since the Goddess of Destruction expansion (November 2011) it's been going downhill fast. I am curious about this expansion, though I doubt things will change back to what they were...

    Game is full of bots, pay2win items in item shop and scripted pvp.

    I agree for the bot and pay2win items but what do you mean with the scripted pvp :O

    That's Lineage 1, not 2. 

    Scripted pvp as in 3rd party programs that pvp for you(auto target, spam cp pots, use skills  etc). You can basically go afk, and your toon will be played by the bot program.
