Might not play because it's like Borderlands.
Might play it because I like the jetpack mechanic and the gliding I saw from the videos.
Atlantica, why? Its Final Fantasy but free! We have our own Final Fantasy guild with 100 members and I am sure there are lots of others FF fans on the different servers.
Nothing at the moment because there is nothing on the market that really appeals to my tastes. I keep trying to find something, but nothing holds, or peaks my interests. Maybe, once I get a new graphics card, instead of the on board graphics card that I have, I might play Archeage, or go back to ESO.
The mmo I am playing right now is DDO. There is simply no other mmo like it and although I do sometimes take a break from it to play other mmos I always go back.
Only wish they made a DDO2 with better graphics same gameplay minus the current bugs/exploits DDO currently has.
Brenics ~ Just to point out I do believe Chris Roberts is going down as the man who cheated backers and took down crowdfunding for gaming.
The Secret World sporadically when I'm not playing Divinity - Original Sin. Have tried ArchAge during the two betaweekends as I wanted something more sandboxy, but combat is just too bad. PvE is too unchallenging and I can't imagine that PvP will be any better.
I am playing "The Secret World". Giving it my about.. 5:th try. Since I dont have anything to play. Everything is boring, have played it all and got bored of it all. Only game I've never tried at max level is The Secret World, I came to like QL8 and got bored of it when it launched.
I wish there was a game to keep me interested these days.. But 20 years of gaming and mmos kinda makes everything dull..
Rift currently, with the new xpac. 4 new character souls. And never making it past level 30. I'm finally settling into a game that's going to be around for a while! It's only on 2.8, and they already have SO much content planned for 3.0. Plus, come-on, we finally got a TRUE paladin. Liberator, I can tank, then stop, let the actual tank tank, while I heal everyone, then go back to tanking. Greatness!
Currently playing Wildstar with my buddies but am also currently downloading Firefall due to some good recos by people, also because it''s free, won't hurt to try.
Playing EQ on P99, Shadowbane, and UO. Newer MMO's have not appealed to me in a LONG time. Was an alpha/beta tester for EVE and played for 7 years after launch until I got perma banned for exploiting . Still waiting for the next MMO that I find i'll enjoy. Until then, I am happy playing what I am playing.
I purchased when it first came out and played a week or so, but just couldn't get into the game. I reinstalled lately and am having a blast. Loving everything about the game. Glad I gave it another shot, I might have missed this gem.
My main interest is Elite: Dangerous which hopefully I'll be spending many years with. My side games are proper MMORPGs, LOTRO, TOR, & GW2, which I rotate to keep things fresh.
None, I'm done with pve themed park style mmos. I've had enough of the carrot/stick type gameplay that basically resets everything come expansion release. Actually when I boil it down, I just don't have the time, patience, nor can I keep up with the "persistence" of mmos anymore. I know the time excuse is a weak one as I make time for my other hobbies so I suppose that I just don't want to carve out time for these pve/raiding mmos anymore.
Only game I'm even giving a thought down the road is Camelot Unchained as it focuses on RvR/PvP. For my RPG fix I'm waiting on Pillars of Eternity.
Firefall for me half of my tribe from FFXIV migrated here, its been a good ride with them so i pledge allegiance with them, so far Firefall has exceeded my expectation of the game, its way better than videos .. reviews are getting better. All i can say is give it a try because yeah its fun and FREE!
I subbed to WoW again, but am having a hard time making myself play. The game is full of stuff to do, but I can't get myself to care about my character. I think something's wrong with my brain now. I haven't managed to get into an MMO in years. I play for a few days and quit yet I still browse forums in hope of finding something that will draw me in even a little bit. I've tried all the new releases, even Archeage Alpha.
Good post I think we all go through this phase now and again. When I get like this I play Morrowind or Fallout 3. Great games that make me appreciate gaming in general, but they lack sharing my progression with other players. Once I realize that the awesome weapon and armor I have in single player games is cool but no one is looking at it but me, I switch back to mmorpgs.
Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not.

You guys got a guild? Need a tanky tanker? /raiseshand
Eve : Because it is real... There is no other mmo like Eve out there. I tried to play Perpetuum a little and took a break from Eve but nope... I came back to it eventually. Eve is really something else.
Guild Wars 2 : Best theme park on the market. There is no other option. Graphics and animations are great, combat is amazing. There is no such think like carrot. I can always find something to do and the top of that community is amazing.
Ragnarok Online : I don't know. It is like an addiction to me. I'm playing it since first EuRO release and I can't leave this game. One of the best games for role playing out there...

Ragnarok for me as well, initially. I then switched to more sci fi themed MMO's (RF, Wildstar) and still currently playing Firefall with my guildmates from previous games. Sci fi just does it for me I guess, with the lasers and lasers and lasers.

OMG!! I also got Divinity : Original Sin and it is just beyond AWESOME!!! Screw the MMO universe, it's going no where for the next decade .
