Is there certain things that can only be made through crafting, or is crafted stuff just better than non crafted stuff?

    Without crafted stuff there would be no EVE, you can craft mostly everything but deadspace and faction loot; and even some of these can be obtained through other means apart from the pure PVE game.

    All ships, t2 modules, some faction modules, ships fuel, ammo, consumables, starbase modules, some implants, infrastructure upgrades, all of it is manufactured. Only some few low meta modules and high end drops are not manufactured by players.
