Poll - What are your Queue times?

I'm curious about peoples experience and if where they are logging into matters.  Specifically US vs EU servers.

 

Is one area better than another?  I have read the this game appeals to the EU crowed more than the US.

 

We see lots of comments let's, do an unofficial review!

 

US servers are down now anyway! =)

 

We can breakdown by payment status after we see if US or EU has the most hits.

    never had a queue longer than 30minutes realy guess thats a benefite of being on aussie time :) haha

    Average of 20-40 minutes here, with the longest wait having been last night - which was approx. an hour and a half.

    I've never had to a wait 3+ hours, ever. Playing on NA.

    Ive had a minum of 10 hours a day in EU.

     

    Had being the word, since i have now uninstalled this horrible game.

    I've only went through one queue thus far, so my vote shouldn't count for much. at 12am Est last night, less than a 20 minute queue on Lucius. With how things have been reported from others, I was expecting much worse.

    EU server: When I got to 2 hours I gave up playing on prime time, now I only play from 8 am to 10am, I work at night so is great way to burn the steam.

    Queue times currently don't really matter because most of the time the queue freezes currently before you even reach the end.

    Trion should add the following requirements for AA on their homepage:

    - player must be able to run pc 24/7

    - alternatively you can play from 3 a.m-7 a.m., weekends excluded

    - player must have no other obligations (real life etc) as it is is necessary to react fast to server restarts, which might happen anytime ( mostly maintainance but server crashes are not uncommon also)

    - buying something like patron status on marketplace does not actually mean you really get those patron perks. It just means we (Trion) intend to grant you those perks someday, maybe... we try...

    It's the worst launch since my first MMOs in 1999.

    26+ minutes needless to say I exited not siting around waiting to play a game when other things I could be doing with that time...

    It would have been interesting to know the players status.  FTP, Founder, Patron, as it's suppose to relate directly to wait times.

    Where is the option for those that are not able to log into the Glyph client? Can't even down load the game. Trion Worlds, failing.

    Then you need 4 further categories:

    - patrons which are treated as patrons by game

    - patrons which are treated like F2Pers by game

    - F2Pers which are treated as patrons by game

    - F2Pers which are treated as F2Pers by game

    As all this is happening atm. Will become a little bit confusing. ;)

    I have the arcanum pack on eu, and I haven't been able to log in in my playtime since first day of head start so 4+ hrs.

    My wife and I made the characters then and signed out since it was pretty late.

     

    Currently at 1687 in queue and I started the client about 1.5 hrs ago. It was then at 2000.

    I think tomorrow I will get up early and launch the client and see :)

    Lol, waited 7hrs yesterday to play, 6 hrs the day before.largest que i've seen on my server was 3750+

    And the client booted me.

    Back in the queue now at position 2381.

     

    I think we'll head to the terrafirmacraft server again :)

    Logged in yesterday when I got up. Hit a 1800 queue. An hour goes by or so, queue froze, requeue, now, 3200. Queue froze again just after I hit 3000. Requeue, 3700 now.  Happened like 4 times or something. Around 10 or 11 at night I had 900 to go. Finally got Glyph to accept my payment method and bought Patron. Dropped my queue and reentered, Put me at 600. I was in by 1 AM, Not bad considering I started queueing in at like 10 am LOL. 

     

    On a side note, Queues way better now that I purchased patron.  Started inline at 600 today in patron queue.

    Yea, payment status will be the next interesting thing to see.  Looks like lots of interest 66 votes at this time.

     

    Fairly even amount of players between US and EU players.

     

    US players seem to be reporting a shorter queue time.

     

    I'll put another together based on payment

    Here is what we have with 66 reporting:

     

    10 Players < 15 min

    16 Players 1 hour to 4 hours

    40 players 4+ hours

     

    I ave made a new poll to track by payment status, unfortunately we probably are not going to get the same 66 people voting.  It is data, but nothing that is conclusive.  It's more anecdotes for cocktail conversation than hard facts.  Still interesting to observe.

    A big factor is going to be server choice as well... I take it Lucius is one of the later servers to be added, as queues there aren't bad at all. 20 mins last night 15 today.

    I was sitting here thinking the same thing =)

     

    We need like a 10 question poll!  Tying server/location/payment/playtimes to these queue times.

     

    Nothing else to do so we may as well gather data!

     

    Oh well, my crops are ready, I'll check in later!
