Careful, negative opinions in Archeage not allowed on here

Guess money talks, and stuff what the players think eh.

I have never called anyone anything, other than Trion are incompetent, but hey, I'm about done with MMORPG.com , it used to be informative, but not any more apparently.

Have fun in game folks, I'm off to the ban hut.

    Trion are incompetent, that is a fact, not an opinion, not a troll, it's a warning to other gamers to be cautious spending any money with that company.

    Its not Archeage, I got a 12hr ban for saying Elder Scrolls has almost no one playing it so why do a DOSS attack on them. Even mods have bad days!

    Perhaps it's because Archeage is advertised on this site? Either way it's pretty sad that people get banned for talking about a horrible game published by a horrible company.

    This site is DISGUSTINGLY filled with ads all around, why would you'd of thought that this site can't be bought off? Weirdly enough though, I haven't been banned, as I too have talked just some shit about trion. But oh well. Like if I were to care anyways. Oh and thanks god for Adblock, only reason why I even bother to come here, if I had to see so many ads in this site I'd rather take my eyes out with a spoon.

    I don't really criticize games.... but I sure shit all over business models.

    Stop overreacting Orgone, negative opinions about AA are all over around here without any problems.

    You are confusing negative opinons with ofense ones, write your negative opinion without ofend or attack anyone and will be fine.

    I've seen this happen before in the past when the moderators, on their own self-powered judgement, decide to give temp-bans for something that they souly deem as "too negative".

     

    Criticize everything you see that needs criticizing. It is what gave us the 90s and early 2000 of video game quality. The moment you stop criticizing and holding people accountable for their decisions is when they literally start make games about poop and charging $5 per corn added onto the pile.

    I've posted my own personal and very negative views about Trion and their lack of ethics, with no warnings or bans. Perhaps it's the wording used rather than the subject.

    Mods dont give warning they just ban you. I have been at the end of many bans myself for just telling my opinion, most of the times you get the b an when some whiteknight reports you to the mods because you offended their beloved games.

    Not true at all. I've been given 2 separate warnings. Both were for "Flaming", when I was merely putting trolls in their place. *Shrugs*

    I see plenty of negative posts about AA.

     

    I'm more inclined to think, given the way the OP uses hyperbole, that his bans have more to do with the quality of his posts rather than the critique itself.

    Funny is arceh age server are still down, and people who don't ahve a clue about network and server keep saying its not trion fault they was target of a ddos attack, really funny, a DDOS attack who only get in the way when you use a item or anything related to inventory and items, but combat, chat, anything in the world works fine....

    i got temporary bans for voicing my opinion on MMORPG's "Public Forums" , OP is correct, mmorpg only caters to the companys that show them the money, you as a gamer are simply a potential revenue generating node to exploit. your opinions mean nothing... you mean nothing..

    To be fair, Trion does blame pretty much everything on a DDOS. Or players. Or players doing a DDOS.

    I was just about to ask why that other thread was locked.  The moderator just ninja locked it and didn't say a word. Maybe a word or 2 would help from leaving people to come to their own conclusions because right now it FEELS like somebody is in Archeages pocket ATM, and speaking negatively about their continued missteps is not allowed.

    image   It's rarely the content, but the 'delivery'. Add maybe to that how a poster responds to others sharing a different opinion.

    Feel free to link the thread that got you banned. Let the community decide if it was a ban-able offence or not.

    To stand correct I received several years back a warning, after that has been nothing but bans, 1 day, 3 days and lately 5 days.

    I caught a 3 day ban for responding to a post comparing AA to "something you find in a kitty litter box" and I jokingly said what you'd find in the box was probably more valuable.

    3 days for that?????????

    When others are posting every 4 letter word in the book when referencing Trion and AA.
