DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! I have spent over 500$, which is not unusual for me for games. However, unlike past game purchases, i completely regret giving these people my money. Their customer service is the worst I have encountered (40 years old, started computer gaming at 14 or so on the commadore 64). The only customer service response I have received has been a warning, now if you would read my post, and compare it to any of the 1000 current server status page messages (would be more but he removed a day and a half of posts), well, you can see for yourself

no you're the idiot SageO. It is not a non profit organization. They do accept money, and the point on their product/business is to create revenue. So people like stimpy and myself, who have purchased their product, are paying customers. Just because your a "welfare" player, plenty of us do deserve a certain amount of customer service, as being paying customers.
