It seems people are confusing this contest to mean which game is better. It's not about which game is better, but which game is more popular, on this site, with our community.

And to be honest, I like it this way, at least it's a nice feedback that I'm still not following the herd, and that masses doesn't equal quality. I mean, by the actual standing, most of my voted ones will fall out in this round
Beyond the pairs in which I didn't vote because I think both are crap, from all votes only LotRO will stay standing after the closure, and maybe TSW too but Neverwinter is closing in quickly. But that'd be fine, Neverwinter is a cool game too, just I prefer TSW. (there's one similar case with an opposite result, DDO kicks out STO, and while STO is my favourite, DDO is cool too.)
In all the other cases there's a clearly weaker game, with a larger fanbase There's a close one however, I hope AC can take the lead in the end, I mean c'mon, it's frikkin Run! Escape on the other side...
DAOC vs EQ is a good pair off. I played EQ for about 5 years and DAOC was the first MMO that came out that I remember a lot of people were saying was going to take players away from EQ. Not that it really did, not significantly, but it was a notable event.

Marvel heroes is a little with raiding, and maps with any and anything can join.
I hope DAOC can pull it out v. EQ. But more folks played EQ, that's just numbers. But I thought DAOC was the better game. Didn't need PVP servers in DAOC, every server had RVR.
And Rift is a much better game then, SWTOR, but that's my opinion on that. I still like Rift and they really did an awesome job on the class system. The first iteration of Rift is a classic. IMO it only laced two things, a Third Faction, and a persistent world control PVP environment.
However some of the epic fights we conjured up over Rifts and towns were pretty cool....too bad the player base didn't support more of it.
Vack FF XIV - the single worse game to cross my hard drive, ever.
Not sure what is expected to come out of this. Bad matchups will result in a game moving forward that normally wouldn't and the end result is always going to be WoW anyway just due to the amount of people that play it.

Lineage II is the best game among all games in here based on my tastes but before it goes f2p & GoD expansion ruin the game completely, now it's not even L2 anymore more like Aion, so if we must vote based on current state of a game I'll give my vote to ArcheAge as I am a PvP fan & that's the best PvP MMORPG currently but the western version have lot's & lot's of issues & we really need new content A-S-A-P! if I was more of a PvE guy then my vote would go to FFXIV no brain.
