Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft: Goblins vs Gnomes Goes Live

Blizzard has announced that the Hearthstone expansion, Goblins vs Gnomes, is now live. The expansion brings over a hundred new cards to the game. Anyone logging into the game between now and December 19th will receive three free packs of cards from the expansion.
“Goblins vs Gnomes throws a big wrench into the Hearthstone works,” said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. “Players are already having a blast coming up with inventive new strategies and deck ideas—we’re looking forward to seeing what happens now that they can put those plans into action.”
Goblins vs Gnomes throws players in the middle of the epic rivalry between Azeroth’s audacious goblin engineers and their equally “adventurous” gnomish counterparts—and these pint-sized tinkerers are ready to stir up trouble. Their incredible inventions and mechanical monstrosities are marvelous to behold . . . but when Hearthstone players deploy them in a duel, the results can be quite unpredictable.

UMM NA's can't login,we been locked out and servers down for at least 5 hours now.
EU however is going strong,seems whoever is handling that operation needs a raise and the NA team perhaps demoted.

I logged in no problem on NA. Not sure what you re talking about.
I'd hold on to that raise considering EU hasn't even come offline for the update yet
It's not affecting everyone. But if you look at the Battle.net launcher it's affecting all Blizz authentication. It peeves me because I loaded some creds for Heroes of the North tonight and they've stopped that while this continues. So..... I'm SOL for right now thanks to Hearthstone :P
YA seems i tried to login to Europe and still nothing.
What bothers me is Blizzard's response is "We are aware of slow to failed login issues".
NO that is not the problem,we were already in the game,geesh i was into my 4th card pack opened then the servers just crashed.I was scouring Blizzard and even clicked one of their links and that said servers were down.
So using simple math ,it seems some of the server machines went down,meaning those that logged in on the crashed servers were booted out and for some reason can't get back in.
I also noticed their auto responses are a bit off, when i was trying to purchase my card packs ,it said there was a problem with my account and my payment method needed to be updated.All i did was try again and it worked,so that response was an outright WRONG answer,just another bug/glitch in the system.
Obviously i did not write the code so i have no idea why those of us that did get booted cannot log back in.The ONLY thing i can think of is we are automatically designed to login by regions therefor locked into a server that is not working.
I know the players i saw streaming that were in were not from the east coast but Reynad i believe is in Cali and he can't login either.

I can log into my battle.net... but not into any game and not to load money to my battle.net account (which you need to do to buy hearthstone cards)
