Basically you can continue to spend APs on new skills and then equip those in your skill slots (7 active and 7 passive slots), best if you can find the skills that work well together. A "deck" is a set of skills in a particular area -- say, swords or chaos magic. Once you complete a deck, you can use all those skills within your slots. Ultimately, you can have ever single skill and deck in the game, but you still have to decide which ones to equip.
Anyone know where you can find pics of the wearable (PVE version) of the PvP uniforms? I've seen a few but mostly Lummy and the info is scattered all around the web.
Deck is generaly gear + abilities. If you got gear with, let's say, lots of defence, then you look for abilities with key word "glance". If you got abilities unlocked with " penetration" then you look for gear with "penetration" stat.

Great thread, nice link that shows off all the Deck outfits, thanks for that!
Stickied this. Great resource!
WOW I really like these ones:
Templar - Witch Hunter, Paladin, Preacher, Magus & Exorcist.
Illuminati - Gunslinger, Mercenary, Necromancer
Dragon - Wu, Assassin, Monk
Only thing is I dont really like the Necro having an assault rifle...but its what I'm going for first so I better get used to it.
Finally got the Puritan deck finished. Thinking of going for the Warlock or Witch Hunter deck next.
Is a man not entitled to the herp of his derp?
Remember, I live in a world where juggalos and yugioh players are real things.

I tried going there but NORTON gave a huge red warning saying it was a forgery site. JUST FYI
