Torment: Tides of Numenera is supposed to release this year, so at least you have that to look forward to. Pillars of Eternity is more realtime focused, so i wouldn't consider it turn based.

I strongly recommend Grimrock 1 o 2 if you like RPG and old school RPG with nice graphic even if it's not a 100% turn based game. It's similar to the old game Eye of the Beholder.

Darkest dungeon is really fun also (even if it needs some balancing as heroes gets easily stressed). But with comming patches they will fix this issue as it's in alpha right now.

If you like more strategy RPG games I recommend Age of Wonders III (or Age of Wonders Shadow Magic).

Some recomended Divinity Original Sins. It has received high score but I didn't like the combat. The abilities characters had didn't felt anything special. Like watered down weak abilities compare what you got when you played for example a wizard in Ice wind Dale. :) It is to balanced for my taste. However the story is good.

If you really like a deep complex rogue game I highly recommend Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup. It's the game I have played almost on daily basis the last monthes. It's quite hard, but really fun when you start to learn it:

Divinity: Original Sin is for me the best game of 2014, far ahead of the mainstream titles that most people know and vote (like Dragon Age or Shadow of Mordor). If you're into the genre, you will not regret purchasing it.

In about one month, Pillars of Eternity will release. It'll be the next great thing to come for the CRPG loving crowd.

I would mark those two as my biggest priorities. Other games you might want to consider:

    Banner Saga

    Xenonauts

    Wasteland 2

    Shadowrun: Dragonfall

    Neverwinter Nights

Note: Pillars of Eternity and Neverwinter Nights don't have turn-based combat. Instead they offer tactical camera mode during dombat that can be paused/unpaused at any moment to issue orders to each party member and micromanage their actions.

My opinion is my own. I respect all other opinions and views equally, but keep in mind that my opinion will always be the best for me. That's why it's my opinion.

I picked up Lords of Xulima on Steam.  It's very evocative of the Baldur's Gate and the Might & Magic series.

    I'll second that.

Age of Wonders 3. It is a mix between a strategy game (like Heroes) mixed with some RPg elements and a really good multiplayer. Fighting with several players on each side is really fun. :)

The heroes have a pretty advanced leveling mechanics (at least for it's type) and regular units level up as well.

It is in my humble opinion the best turned based game out there right now.
