In celebration of the $1.4M stretch goal, the Artcraft team has added the God's Reach 3-faction ruleset to the core game module that also brings the Artifacts and Relics system on board.
The next stretch goal is at $1.5M and will revive a cut Archetype, the Minotaur, as well as the "Infected" ruleset. The Infected ruleset will allow one faction per god, a whopping twelve in all, to compete against one another in a Campaign World for supremacy.
You can find out more about the Minotaur and the Infected ruleset by checking out the milestone video below.

That was fast.
Artifacts & relics look interesting. We'll have to see how useful they are vs. the effort required to get them.
The Mino artwork looks pretty sick. I'm still probably thinking Templar so I can go Pally as my promo class.
And as most of the backers say to themselves. oh i thought that was already part of the kickstarter. Such a sleazy operation Artcraft has done with this KS. Now they are even paying for ads on mmorpg.com
Hype has doomed many mmorpg's before crowfall.

You don't know what your talking about most KS'ers knew about this as this was already announced before ...
you should maybe look up some more info before you start flaming and regarding to the ads, thats a smart move they wanne bring out the word about Crowfall !!!
So you can give them money....
That's very true.
I was among those who went "Hmm, maybe I'll try it once it's out for a year or so." after I saw it was only launching as a FFA gankfest.
I'll still wait and see what they're doing though. If the three factions are actually there at launch I'll consider it, if it turns out as "Come and play! We'll add it Soon™ but you can give us your money in the meanwhile!" I'll pass.

This is the first and only game I've backed on KS. And I knew what I was getting into, I knew what AC was going for as far as initial goals.
If you're not interested in backing, right on. Don't go talking out of your rectum for those of us who have backed and know what the initial KS plans were. As far as paying for ads - how is that a bad thing? Marketing a game is now taboo? Hype has never doomed a game. Undelivered products have doomed games.
Not sure what it is you're gagging on, but you might want to get it out of your mouth.
**edited for poor early morning spelling and grammar
lol hype has never doomed a game.
ROFL??????????????????????????
That would actually be very true. Hype brings attention, a poorly designed and/or implemented game dooms a game.
This hype meltdown is going to be so epic. I cannot wait!
TESO/Archeage 2.0?
The level of hype being shown for Crowfall right now has been very good for the game. They surpassed their kickstarter goal of $800k and nearly all of the stretch goals have been met, and there's 46 hours to go in their kickstarter campaign.
I think you're asking the wrong question. You're asking if the hype is good for the game...which it is. However, the question you should be asking is if the hype is good for the potential playerbase? That remains to be seen.
Hey, economical effects of a girl showing some skin are well known!
Talking about hype, the KS-meter is crawling (instead of typical explosion during last days) and CF folks seem to be much less active than I expected... almost as if they are satisfied with what they got so far?
Maybe they plan some kind of very late blitzkrieg, maybe they are simply not so well organized...or maybe it has something to do with Todd`s earlier remark that he overpromised and underdelivered with Shadowbane.
When did they do that?
All I've seen for now has been two dudes. (Granted, I haven't watched every video they made)
