Luckily, i don't need you to like me to enjoy video games. -nariusseldon.
In F2P I think it's more a case of the game's trying to play the player's. -laserit
Now you have me all confused. Did you or did you not eat a cookie today?
If you didn't, does that mean the cookie is also a lie? Soon all pastry will be lies
It's fails fairly hard because anyone who actually cares about SWG knows SOE hasn't had a license to publish Star Wars games form Lucas/Disney for years, so who owns the name to a Star Wars game they don't have the rights to publish is meaningless.
The only people who are likely to be fooled are people who don't know much about Star Wars and are stopping in out of idle curiosity in which case... congrats on your big prank... I guess...
Add to that the first thing I saw as the thread opened was April Foolz in giant print..

This would have been good if not for that fact that anyone who cares knows LA didn't renew the SWG license to SOE due to the (at the time) impending launch of SWTOR.
Glad you got an LOL at your own joke, but honestly, anyone who cares at all knows SWG's license is dead and isn't coming back.
I really hope that *insert game name here* will be the first game to ever live up to all of its pre-release promises, maintain a manageable hype level and have a clean release. Just don't expect me to hold my breath.
It was actually a Chocolate Covered Hazelnut Wafer Bar. Never expected that twist, did you?
