Hi guys, like in thread i wanna find some good isometric mmorpg with interesting gameplay. I am tired of all this new mmorpg. If you know some good, please tell me.
Hi its again me. Well i was tried PoE but this is not mmorpg for me. I am searching something like ultima online ( you know that adrenaline on boss when red comes and kill all ) But with some fresh things, interface and little most new graphic.
If you know something, please reply.
Most important is 2,5D Isometric interesting mmorpg not moba or hack and slash. Want to play in that game for looong time.
Does anyone now something about game with that specific ?
Also non of those games are isometric. Isometric uses a forced perspective with no vanishing point. These games ARE 3d, they just use a top down camera.
There are some isometric and top down mmos though, the daddy of them all ultima online Is isometric. More recently there's wakfu. Both of those games are sandboxes though and play nothing like diablo.
My GPU is broken atm.. otherwise would play divinity original sin.. it aint mmorpg tho... so i got Divine Divinity (2002) .. predecessor for divinity.. for a 2002 really good artstyle etc... not far into game yet.. but i think it's gonna even maybe trump baldur's gate II for me... check it out if u want to play something good actually.. i actually died first time in 10min in some random dungeon with Normal lol.. now playing with Hard.. i like how old classic games are actually a challenge )

It feels like the good old top down isometric MMORPG's are becoming few and far between... I fell in love with one when I was a kid called The Legend of Mir and I have recently been playing a variant of it called Mir Chronicles (www.mirchronicles.com).
It is F2P and they seem to be doing a large amount of development/bug fixing on it which is great considering the games age. Check it out, I would love to see some new faces join the community.

I do love tl2 though.

After reading and re-reading your post one thought came to my mind and that is you have absolutely no clue as to the differences between Isometric and 3D. Diablo 3, Path of Exile, and Torchlight 2 are NOT top down 3D games they are not even close to being as such. A top down game is a game that has its camera showing the ground as if the camera was looking down at the scene. Diablo 3, Path of Exile and Torchlight 2 are at a 50° angle not a 90° angle which a true top down 3D game would be at. the only thing you got correct is the fact that while Diabo 3, and Path of Exile are played online only they are not true MMORPG's they are linear dungeon crawlers with multi-player capabilities, and Torchlight 2 is an offline linear dungeon crawler with online multi-player capabilities.
"Possibly we humans can exist without actually having to fight. But many of us have chosen to fight. For what reason? To protect something? Protect what? Ourselves? The future? If we kill people to protect ourselves and this future, then what sort of future is it, and what will we have become? There is no future for those who have died. And what of those who did the killing? Is happiness to be found in a future that is grasped with blood stained hands? Is that the truth?"

If Path of Exile didn't do it for you, you're SOL.
It's the best isometric TL2/D2 style MMO on the market, and will be for the foreseeable future.
I do love tl2 though.
