    1: Canadians has to answer a time-limited mathematical question without the help of a mechanical or electronical help. WTH?

    2: The 10 runner up ESO game is console only. No PC alternative. Why?

    why would they want Canadians to answer a math question ?  that is really strange hahahahah

     

    what does answering a math question have to do with Elder scrolls ???

    Canadians have to answer a question because their laws prohibit games of chance. I think there can be games of chance under licensed establishments.

    So the work around is that they require an answer to a question so that it is not solely a game of chance.

    There are also a few U.S.A. states that have similar requirements.
