I'm glad Zenimax will be adding these XP potions to the game at an acceptable price.  I kill the same 12-V10 mobs in a circle each day for roughly 10-12 hours.  I can pay $1 every 2 hours to do this which for me equates to roughly $100-$120 per month until Champion Level cap.  I'm considered a loser in real life and even I can afford to pay this amount each month.

    And a racist?

I'm going to try and extend you the benefit of the doubt and hope you aren't directing that towards me but my character in-game.  My character is the race of Khajiit.

Once these are brought in-game I will return to ESO... I hate the current grind and this will help with leveling alts.

Playing: varies every day it seems.

I love it,this is exactly the stuff we used to scoff at from those f2p Asian games, now everyone is supporting it like it is ok.

I hope people throw lots of money at this game's cash shop, you deserve it.Since  the average gamer likely plays almost everyday,he only needs to use one xp pot a day and likely spends far more than any sub fee would be.I am glad i stuck by my guns,i will never support cash shop gaming, when FFXI shuts down i might not play another mmorpg unless a good one comes out with no CS.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

Did you miss the part where these can be made in game by crafters?

You seem to have quite an opinion for someone that doesn't play the game or know that these are player made also...jussayin

Old text from last week's announcement (I copied & pasted it to my guild's forum so I know it was there):

The Crown Experience Scroll, as the name implies, comes from the Crown Store and can be purchased for 1,000 crowns for a pack of 10. A single Crown Experience Scroll lasts for 2 hours, and gives you a 50% boost to Experience gained from any and all sources – any time your Experience Point bar moves, it will move 50% further.

People have already remarked on the in-game version and the materials are not obtainable in a reasonable amount of time unless you fish as part of your game time previous to this. There are discussions going on that the drop rate is too low to make it worthwhile to craft them for yourself because in the time it takes to craft them - you already gave up more exp than they could potentially give you.

    Drop rates noted.

This is going to cost me roughly $200 + Subscription per month now because of this change.  I'll pay the $200+ for a month and see how many Champion Points I can get and make the determination if the amount of points is worth the amount of money.

I can save you $200 and a month of time.

    The answer is NO.

    A sad day for ESO.

Why is it important to have XP points at all? it's ruins the fun of the game for me.

    :(
