I can't log onto the game on my main PC. It works on my laptop. When the Launcher comes up it says Unable to connect.
I googled the problem and have tried the troubleshooting things mentioned :
If you are still encountering this issue I would suggest that you reset your Internet options by following these instructions: Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Click the Advanced Tab. On the Advanced Tab Afterward click Reset > Delete Personal Settings > and click Ok. Then go back on the Internet Options and on the advanced tab, scroll down to Security and un-check "Check Server Certificate Revocation" and "Do Not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk" then click on Ok.
I Put in a ticket a few days ago with no answer and they disabled the call center. So I am wondering if anyone has any ideas?

You tried at the exact same time as your laptop?
I ask because they tend to bring servers down a ridiculous amount of times,like every day or every 2-3 days.Usually if you cannot connect it is because the server is down.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
My Laptop is brand new and the game worked right off the bat with no problem.
My main PC it never worked.

Try changing your default browser because it uses the browser to connect. I recall some discussion here on that awhile ago.

I had a issue connecting the other day as well.
After updating the drivers for the graphic card to the latest version, everything worked smoothly again.
Hmm, that's a good idea. I am at work, but when I get home I will try that.
