Good evening everyone! Long time lurker here!
So here is the basics:
3 weeks ago, I picked my family up and moved from Wisconsin to Mississippi due to a promotion at work. For 3 weeks, I have been "gameless" as we finish unpacking, getting everything hooked up, and getting some new furniture while adjusting to my new job, getting the kids adjusted to school, etc.
NOTE: The Comcast Horror Stories Are True. Enough said.
Now that I am settling in, I am ready to jump back into the MMO world. Except with my new position, I don't have time to "Game-hop" - I want to focus on a single game in a support role for a guild/clan/whatever it may be.
What I am Looking For in an MMO:
Games I have played that I don't want to go back to:
Games I have played that I would consider making my main:
Please don't suggest:
I implore you, MMORPG community members, help me find a new game!

It seems like from your list you're looking for a big name MMO. Most of which you've already played. I'm sure a lot of people would suggest Skyforge, I guess you could give it a shot, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Outside of some Dungeon Defenders 2, I've been playing mainly indie browser games.
So yeah, maybe SWTOR or Skyforge imo.
Fun is subjective but it has plenty of dungeons and solo content
It has dungeon finder
Very good population for a non-behemoth game like WoW
Fantasy
Required sub
Crafting is somewhat different from the norm (as you probably already know)
Engaging lore is subjective
What exactly was wrong with ffxiv? Beyond that, you could hold out for Wildstar to go free to play, it shouldn't be much longer now judging how far they've come along.
i think the next expansion (legion) could revive it
Comcast horror? Never heard of that. I have the provider for years and never a problem except for having to negotiate prices every year. I guess that is another discussion though!
Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not.
