Looking for multiclass Mmo that has a Gun wielding class.

So I'm looking for an MMO that I'd be able to play with friends, I personally like to play as some form of gunslinger or class that wields a large cannon like weapon. Just looking for any game suggestions that people have. Thanks :)

    In Firefall every class uses guns. May lack longevity but check it out, it is f2p.

    If you don't mind playing a female, TERA has a Gunner class that is fun. Also SWTOR has the Commando which wields a huge gun.

    Wildstar is going F2P and there are two classes that wield guns, The Spellslinger and Engineer. The Medic has something like guns.

    Skyforge gunner, Wildstar spellslinger or engineer, come to mind. Swtor has several classes also.

    Edit: let me add Defiance and TSW (gunslinger deck).

    WS has some huge weapons indeed, TOR too.
    Or, if you stretch that "multiclass" criteria further, into class/role changes any time, I'd add STO, has a few guns so huge you can barely even walk with :wink: But half of the gameplay is in space, where you don't use handguns...

    PS2 is a great candidate if you're more into the MMO part and not the RPG, "class"changes any time, and heavy weaponry shootout.

    FYI about the gun class (Machninist) in FF14:ARR...Heavensward is required. To get into the new area, you have to have at least one job run through all of the main quests...up to level 50. You cannot start as a Machinist. Since this is the class you seem to want to start with, this might piss you off.

    Fallen Earth is a hoot with either rifle or dual pistol.

    Loving all the suggestions guys :D Thanks for the tips I'll look into whats been mentioned so far :) Still open to any other suggestions people have!

    I's also suggest taking a look at Destiny if you have a console, or Borderlands 2 (don't get pre-sequel, Borderlands 2 has all of the same features, better classes, and less of the nonsense - plus its cheaper) if you don't. While not traditional MMOs, you can still play with your friends and get to play with all kinds of guns/classes (especially Borderlands 2).

    If you really want a traditional MMORPG, Secret World and Wildstar are very strong choices for gun classes. Spellslinger is probably the best gun class I've ever played in an MMO, pluys Wildstar is about to go free and should hopefully get a nice population boost.

    If by multiclass you meant that you want to mix skills and stuff, has to be either Secret World or Fallen Earth, but both of those games (fallen earth more than secret world) are kind of struggling at the moment.
