    I will probably try it out, since it'll be a F2P release. TERA and Vindictus both have been surprisingly fun, and this is in a similar vein.

    But no way I'm pre-ordering it

    I've played a few months on the Russian server with the english patch.  If you enjoyed Tera, you will definitely enjoy B&S.  I used to measure up all action combat mmos with Tera's sublime combat.  I'm afraid to say that B&S has dethroned Tera for me.  Don't get me wrong, Tera is still awesome.

    Looking forward to this game, I do agree though that its coming out at a bad time. However I think BnS is unique enough that it will have its own niche.

    I'll give it a whirl when it hits the EU, but i don't expect it to hold me for long.
    Not a fan of the +1 +2 item crafting upgrades, really hope that doesn't make it into NA/EU versions.

    I will play it. I usually like NCsofts F2P games. Plus I've played the Chinese B&S and it's really really fun, just the english patch wasn't 100% translated and it had a lag which caused the combat to be extremely hard.

    I'll be playing it and subscribing premium as well. We've all had a long wait. But I really feel the NA/EU Version will be worth the wait. Picking up a founders pack next week

    Blade and Soul "endgame" advancement is based on insanely RNG-based equipment upgrading.

    (most F2P games are, these days.  For obvious business cash shop reasons....)

    I've been playing on the Taiwanese servers and I have to say that whilst the idea is cool, I don't think I'll be playing. So much missed opportunity in the game itself.

    Then again, it is from 2012 so I guess it's understandable.
