    there is a Wildstar tab on the account page you need to click the apply there too.

    Yeah thats what i did do last night and the key is no longer valid. Hmm.. Oh well. Thanks for the help anyway. Edit: Found the reason i apparently have two accounts and applied the code to the wrong one. Logged in to my main account and found my prepurchase code for Wildstar and beta... /Facepalm
