Teleport back to Lowtown, turn in quest
Teleport to Hand Tower, run through the levels to Electra, kill her, grab the fragment.

Go to Lower East side
Talk to Multiple Man
Go to MGH Factory
Kill Tombstone
Turn in quest to Multiple Man
Go to Upper East Side
Go north west, kill Bullseye, turn in quest
Come back out, walk south and turn in quest to Ben Urich
Go to Fisk Tower, kill Kingpin
Go to Avenger's Tower, turn in quest.
Pick up the quest from Maria Hill to talk to Xavier.
Talk to Multiple Man
Go to MGH Factory
Kill Tombstone
Turn in quest to Multiple Man
Go to Upper East Side
Go north west, kill Bullseye, turn in quest
Come back out, walk south and turn in quest to Ben Urich
Go to Fisk Tower, kill Kingpin
Go to Avenger's Tower, turn in quest.
Pick up the quest from Maria Hill to talk to Xavier.
Chapter 5: 30-31
Talk to Xavier, get Juggernaut quest
Kill Juggernaut
Turn in quest to Xavier
Kill Juggernaut
Turn in quest to Xavier
Chapter 6: 31-37
Go to Hidden Cabin, pick up quest
Run south, talk to the quest NPC.
Find Deep Tunnels, run through, kill big Moloid and hit the Sentinel piece.
Teleport to Training Camp
Find the Cleansing Wrath Lab
Destroy the quest objectives and turn off the terminal.
Teleport to Command Bunker
Kill Magneto, talk to Stryker
Turn in quest to Xavier.
Run south, talk to the quest NPC.
Find Deep Tunnels, run through, kill big Moloid and hit the Sentinel piece.
Teleport to Training Camp
Find the Cleansing Wrath Lab
Destroy the quest objectives and turn off the terminal.
Teleport to Command Bunker
Kill Magneto, talk to Stryker
Turn in quest to Xavier.
Inbetween Chapter 6 and 7: 37-43
Do LQs or any events going on until level 43. Alternatively, do the quest to kill Sauron and the Great Bug Hunt.
Chapter 7: 43-47
Head to Fall Tribe Village, talk to Elder Bray-Vik
Find Beast, he should be by the Science Station, pick up his quest
Head to Shield Science Station
Pick up 3 Biomass, hit all the quest objectives
Port to Sinister Lab
Turn off terminal, kill Mr Sinister, and free Bishop.
Find Beast, he should be by the Science Station, pick up his quest
Head to Shield Science Station
Pick up 3 Biomass, hit all the quest objectives
Port to Sinister Lab
Turn off terminal, kill Mr Sinister, and free Bishop.
Chapter 8: 47-57
TP to AIM Weapon Facility
Run south of WP, talk to the NPC.
Kill Doc Oc, Wizard, and the 5 Starktech Devices
Kill MODOK and turn off the terminal in the middle.
Port out, turn in your quests.
Go to Hydra Island, pick up the quest, kill Madame Hydra and the Hulkbuster suits
Kill Mandarin
Port out, turn in your quests.
Teleport to Castle Doom, pick up the quest right by the WP
Kill all the cannons, the 3 villians, and then Dr. Doom
Port out, turn in your quests.
Run south of WP, talk to the NPC.
Kill Doc Oc, Wizard, and the 5 Starktech Devices
Kill MODOK and turn off the terminal in the middle.
Port out, turn in your quests.
Go to Hydra Island, pick up the quest, kill Madame Hydra and the Hulkbuster suits

Go to Ancient Ruin Site
Use teleport there after the cutscene
Talk to Heimdall
Kill 3 Kurse generals and then Kurse himself
Turn in quest, should be 60!
If not, continue on through chapter 9 as all the story quests in this area give crazy amounts of EXP!
