I've actually started playing this game and so far I am a bit torn between "hit" and "miss". It's kinda like Diablo ARPG series, but at the same time is more of a "generic" Korean MMORPG. So far crafting is lacking (can only have one crafting profession unlocked at all times, can switch but have to pay gold for that every time). Having 3 stances meaning you need to gear up 3 times more than usual (each stance has it's own weapons) and having 3 times 8 (24 in total) skills that you need to memorize, so you know when to use which skill, is a bit overwhelming. Also the "talent" or skill point system is horrible! Instead of improving your skills with skill points, it felt to me like you're choosing which skills to nerf. Will have to reach max lvl to see if the grind is too horrible and if I still feel weak when it comes to PvE (in D3 you start feeling strong and then you choose a higher difficulty level, in EOLA it's more like a traditional MMORPG where each mob or mob group can easily kill you). Cheers.

the weapon system sucks in this game, they should have made full solid classes and this weapon thing. it feels like a ripoff of guild wars 2 system witch sucks.

Well, it is sort of one of the most significant and influential ARPG's ever made. I'm sure that will be lost on you though.

i agree , i tried it for a while and ugh , spam all the skills with weapon 1 , spam all the weapon 2 and then 3...back to 1 because all refreshed... now if we could see all the skills at the same time and the char used the weapon instead of having to stance dance.... would be less frustrating.

i agree i saw it listed here and gave it a shot it didn't last 30 minutes on my pc already un installed it i cant stand the weapon change nor the actual character movement should have just been static classes with wsad or point and click instead of what ever they did in that game

The game's okay but it really won't have a chance against something like Tree of Savior, which is going into an unrestricted cbt on the 27th

I.. don't know, it feels painfully generic while playing it safe. There's no character to the game and I just can't get over how bland it feels, it's not even like it feels like any other game. It just feels like nothing at all.

I tried to like it but I can't stand swapping weapons for more abilities.

I gave it a couple hours and I didn't hate it, which is more than I can say for a lot of games. I wouldn't say it's great but I do like the combat the group dungeons are pretty fun. The weapon swapping was really annoying. I wonder if later on you specialize into one of the weapons enough where it's only special occasions that you swap weapons? I think that would be much better.

@Xion1985 I agree.  I was definitely able to enjoy this more than the Dragomon Hunter CB so far.  I liked how the health didn't auto-regen instantly.  The weapon swapping wasn't a big deal, especially with tilda being useable to switch.  I played for a bit as an assassin and as a psychic, and it seemed like the F1 set was like a primary set of abilities.  Maybe the others are more situational.  I'm interested in the pet growth and pet combining ideas.  I don't  think I was using them correctly because they weren't gaining their own experience.  It may be my time in MOBA's, but I'm starting to enjoy that combat and movement style over traditional mmo movement.  I'll definitely be back  to this title, when I'm not after strict PvP or strategy.  It feels like a game to hop into from time to time for a quick romp of fighting and explorations.

I thought the game was quite decent. Not great but not bad either. I played the Korean beta, haven't fired up this version yet.

I can se playing this every once in a while between Diablo 3, PoE and Devilian.
@DMKano - So you rate Devilian a bit higher? I've not tried it, yet. I can't remember if I took a pass on a beta for it or never got one.

It is actually a very decent game. I spent like 10h on the CBT and got to lv 25 (which was the lv cap in the CBT). Was playing bloodknight dont know about other classes. The 3 stances were vert significant for me. Stance 1 (sword and shield) I can get lifesteal, get agrro, pull mobs, boost my defense. Stance 2 (dual swords) I can do mid range attack, silence targets, increase movement speed, knock back. Stance 3 (great sword) I can do slow but powerful attack + knock down/ stun. It's not just switching stances/ spamming skills, at lv 20+ mobs hit really hard, I had to alternate skills for a good combo to have mobs most of them time knocked down/ stunned so you dont get hit awefully The combat is smooth. Boss fights are great, especially the voice acting of the bosses (which tells you what move the boss does in like 1s). The pvp was also fun, but I think bloodknights are too op in pvp since they have several knock down skills. So far I really enjoyed this game
