I was playing Tales Of Maj'Eyal a lot, the other day, and then I started looking around for a similar but mmo style isometric game, and then I remembered AO, which used to be anarchy online.. Since I already associate AO as a great, classic mmo game, perhaps this new iteration of AO will also be one such game yes
I am an older gamer and thoroughly loved Ultima Online for many years. I would love the chance to play Albion online and explore as well as beta to improve the game. I can see myself investing alot of time into this project and make some new memories to go with my old memories of the U.O. days as well as other older games. Great title, Great franchise, Great backing! Let's make this game as great!
Not to mention the days of DaoC.. The RvR looks promising, the crafting system, everything just seems promising and solid.. I been watching people play it on Twitch.tv, mainly Pohx and from what I can tell, it's definitly a game that will take the community by storm.
Don't know if im excited or not, but im hopeful. Has been long void in my MMO's for way to long sense EA ruined Ultima Online. Hopeful that maybe Albion can fill that long empty void.

I have played many MMO's, especially ones from the past 10 years. There all so terrible and so on rails that I have regressed to playing Ultima Online. I started playing other MMO's when my UO server went down. I can't believe what game companies try to pass as MMO. Albion Online looks great, and the changes from UO that have made seem reasonable. Even the art style and interface I really like, and the game gives you options in how you would like to play it, like UO and unlike every AAA developer that has made a MMO in the past 10 years.
I've been waiting for a game like this since Ultima Online, at the moment I am a full time streamer of Guild Wars 2 ( Not sure if links are allowed so i won't link my profile here) and would love to Swap to this game instead !
For the whole PvP sandbox of course! Looting (perma or semi) makes it a real risk vs reward and it thrills players. I think this game will have many fans!
Albion Online as whole is what I'm excited for haha, I've been following AO ever since I read followed by seen the listing on MMORPG :D The PvP and Cross-Platform Play is wicked awesome ;)
Been a huge fan since alpha was announced, but sadly cant afford the founders pack. Hoping to win the awesome game here and get an early advantage. Thanks in advance.
Albion Online looks like a game that offers something missing within the MMO genre as of late. It seems to take refined mechanics from older, old-school, but still entirely successful MMO's and invigorating it even more with some fresh sandbox love that is seemingly rarer nowadays with the abundance of themepark MMO's available.
I'm looking forward to Albion Online, it seems right up my alley.
