I started playing this 2 days ago for fun and kinda got sucked in. I am currently trying Squirrel Girl and Scarlet Witch but I use a Logitech mouse and I remapped my skills to 1-6 on to it and am not finding that hard to play but I heard characters like Rogue and Dr Strange will be impossible with just one bar.
Anyway my husband has always loved City of Heroes/ Villains although I know this game is not like that but when he saw me playing he wanted to play. Problem is he is a clicker which you cannot do in this game. He likes to click the skills and I wondered which hero would be best and he likes to play females but he kinda got excited when he saw Silver Surfer was there too .I think he has always loved Silver Surfer.
I am also hoping to make do with about 4 stash .For now I am happy with two heroes but I might buy more as I know these games the main draw is the different heroes and boy oh boy they are really interesting ones.
Also I know my husband loves costumes in SWTOR he used to camp the auction house for outfits so how much does the costumes cost by themselves or can't you buy the costumes separately. I only saw hero packs when I checked the game web site.

Gamepad controls are coming soon , so he will probably love that.
U can buy costumes ingame with RL , or getting really lucky on drops
if he loves SS , he can start playing a free heroe and then buy it with splinters , or with RL money if he really wants to.
He does not play console games so controller is out. He usually plays war games the turn based strategy ones but he used to play WoW ,SWTOR ,AoC and City of X. He even played Everquest in 1999 when I played it . All the while he clicks skills. I cannot get him to use the mapped mouse yet, he is even more resistant to change then most old farts like us.
Costumes (and almost everything else in the game) do go on sale, including the Enhanceds. There was a 50% off sale going on (I think it ends today), they also do Buy one, get a random costume box free.
