No, Sadly I keep being disappointed with what they have to offer. I love large scale PvP, and it is difficult for developers to get that right. I prefer a game with no grind, no need for PVE at all, If I never had to hit an NPC ever, I would be happy. Where you can level solely on other players instead. I would prefer there to be no PvE in the games I play... I would rather play a game where everything is done by the players. The stories in the game are those written by the players about their own adventures rather than those written by devs. I would rather games focus on the players and allowing players more control rather than NPCs..
No...I've pretty much tired everything that has come out recently and can't get into it for more than a few weeks.
Nothing that has come out over the l;ast 10+ years has come close to as good as DAOC so I am really just waiting for something to suck me in the way DAOC did. The last good PvP game.
Coop rpgs are where it is at for me lately. Mmos are just seen as ways to get more money than an initial price, nothing more than that.
holding out hope for Camelot unchained. Dev seems real.
I would agree with the CU remark. I think it's interesting to see how many people come to mmorpg.com yet do not play mmorpg. We all know the potential of the genre and just wait for something to change, but no developers really harness the potential. CU Unchained appears to be trying to do this and I hope they do, but until the product releases ... it's a wait and see, the game could be looking promising but then on the last day of development Disney, Amazon, Google, Activision, Walmart jump in and then change the course of history for all of us.
I have kind of a love/hate relationship with Blade and Soul.
It's like a nice present wrapped in barbed wire and sandpaper. The core combat and gameplay is so good, but all of the wrappings (client, UI, and, yes, questing) are just painful to go through.
Playing ESO and still having fun. I have quite a bit to do and preparations to be made in anticipation of the Thieves' guild. There are tons of zones and content I haven't explored during the last six months or so I've been playing. I refuse to get into a daily grind that I don't want to do. Sure, I may do a few daily quests if I'm feeling up to it (crafting mostly). I've been on the gear acquisition treadmill before and have come to realize that once I get into grinding, a game loses its appeal for me. So many folks playing (from what I gather in guild chat) are burned out, grumpy and hating the game. Why play then? Do something more fun with your time.
When a game starts to feel stale, I pop over to something else. I have several single player games sitting on my bookshelf that I may dig into.
I'm in a lost state right now. Nothing really draws me in and I don't feel any real attraction to the games out and about now (despite trying to get into them).
I've decided to channel my free time into a few game development courses to do on the side, maybe one day I'll have something useful out.
Very happy with the MMO's i am playing, for some reason i don't torture myself by playing games i don't enjoy, probably considered to be too controversial in this day and age though, playing for fun

ESO has surprisingly drawn me in, and I quite enjoy the ES take on mmos.
