Fans of Lovecraft will be happy to hear that Call of Cthulhu will be heading to PCs and consoles everywhere in 2017. The game is the official game adaptation of Chaosiums tabletop RPG, Call of Cthulhu. CoC is being developed by Cyanide Studios and will feature "RPG-investigation with psychological horror and steal mechanics in an immersive world".

    I hope this game will be good, but my experiences with the games I played from Cyanide I fear for the worst :(

    I hope the same. Their library of games is not really exciting.

    Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth was an amazing game and if this new one can hit those same perfect CoC notes it will be amazing.

    Well we know there is a market for this...THe fans of the genre are pretty hardcore....Heck they even thought The Secret World was a good game.

    This is great news! Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth was an awesome game.
    I hope it'll be as good as its main influence, Call of Duty.

    CoC: DCotE had a lot of influence from CoD but this new game will be a stealth RPG investigation game.

    Well we know there is a market for this...THe fans of the genre are pretty hardcore....Heck they even thought The Secret World was a good game.

    You realise just how hardcore when you see the Cthulhu musical that was performed in some theaters around the world. Here's one of many songs from the musical. :proud:
