I heard the game had problems at release, but judging by the three platforms very large populations, I think they got all of that fixed.
I've been playing ESO for about 8 months now, and I am still having a lot of fun...
If Zenimax made a few mistakes in the beginning, well, lets just say they are most likely human, just like you and me. The fact that they rolled up their virtual sleeves and fixed everything is enough to make me think that I would buy another of their games...
Square Enix is in the same category. They released a disaster with FF XIV, but they took it on the chin and totally remade the game. I'm playing that one too.

I have no problems with lag or anything of the sort. Maybe it is not ESO that is the problem maybe instead of trolling forums you should get a job and get yourself a decent machine. My rig is 2 years old and going quite strong. Maybe in your love of making useless polls you failed to notice computers are faster then pentiums these days.
I've enjoyed my time on ESO, so yes, if the game looked good, I would.

I want to say 'Yes'. Because it's not about their online game. It's about the new Elder Scrolls game. By the way, I'm playing ESO since its released. In the beginning, yes, there are lots of problem with the game. But then they fixed these problems. They still continue to do it.
What catastrophe? It's not the "Elder Scrolls Online" I would have wanted but other than a few minor annoyances (read: MINOR annoyances) there really have been no issues.

You should consider trying the game again. ESO's launch was rough but during these two years they solved a lot of problems and added tons of content. I play since launch and sticked to it all along.
I am disappointed with ESO,it is just bad TES SP rpg+co-op MP game , For me TES mmo cant work only as sandbox game without faction or class lock in one single character

ESO is an amazing game. Game feels like Skyrim online for me. Great job.
Yeah, it doesn't really feel like Skyrim Online to me. It feels about 250% better. The engine and game play are smoother. It looks better than a vanilla Skyrim. The controls are better. The crafting, except maybe provisioner, is an order better.
TL;DR: Amazing game, better than Skyrim.
Wow, I absolutely can't even agree, not even a little bit.
I have over 1,200 hours in skyrim and still playing and modding it.
I can't even get myself to log into Elder Scrolls Online. When I do I do so for max 30 minutes and then go back to morrowind/skyrim.

ESO is one of the best games on the market right now. So yes I would play another ZOS game. They're one of the few companies who know what they're doing and also actually care about their playerbase.

It certainly looks to be the only one 'professionally' done with a companies own money and not looking to beg for handouts.
thanks

ESO is a failure because you experience lag in it? No I did not waste my time looking at your post history. I suggest 70s to 90s era consoles for you.

Personally, I enjoyed it. It is a nice change compared to most MMOs out there. The story was fun, the first person view is refreshing.
Is it Skyrim Online? Not quite. Then again, can you really take a single player game and make it into a MMO, without changing some of the systems?
But , I am not going to boycotting Zenimax

The only important thing in my books, is that it doesn't suck.
