    Well I don't know if I'd go as far as Best indie as we don't have the game yet, best concept and most interesting sure, but best? Think that's jumping the gun a bit.

    Help me Bioware, you're my only hope.

    Is ToR going to be good? Dude it's Bioware making a freaking star wars game, all signs point to awesome. -G4tv MMo report.

    This award just means that the folks at MMOGames.com thought that Chronicles of Elyria was the best Indie MMO at the show. Seeing as many games at shows like PAX are still in development they probably dont take that into much consideration. Its still possible to judge something thats in development.

    Didn't they just show the combat and perhaps the snowfall/alpha trailer there? Now don't get me wrong i'm sure it's great they won an award, they can use that to bolster confidence in people. I guess I don't see the need from a non developer standpoint to give an award when something is only partially complete in this case we don't get a demo of the game so much as a short peek.  I just think it's too soon in the development process to really tell how all the aspect of the game will work, thus hard to tell whether it's the best or not.

    It says it 'may' be the best mmorpg to come out in years. Whether or not that turns out to be true (and I really hope it does, I'm quite exited for this one), the award will help raise the profile of the game and that can't be a bad thing with the kickstarter only a few days away.

    I'd be interested in knowing just how many indie MMOs were actually shown at Pax. I'm familiar with most of those in development, but I don't think most of them were even there.

    Congratulations to the CoE team !

    I hope this award will contribute toward a successful KS campaign ! 

    I may be very critical when it comes to CoE, but it's still the most fascinating MMO concept that I've seen in a very long time.

    Remember that EQ Next also won an E3 Best of Show ... So does not mean much until there is an actual game to show! ;)

    Am I the only one who thinks its dishonest to award games based on an idea they have yet to demonstrate the capability of delivering. I mean, CoE sounds amazing, but the heart of the game is probably an even less likely concept than what EQ Next was proposing.

    The concept of CoE is simply amazing! I am so hyped about this game, I hope it turns out as good as it sounds when it is released in the distant future.

    edit : they are joke award, they give doom multiplayers the award for best shooter... look in stream how everyone dislike it... nothing else to say

    sorry but... that just pure bullshit

    now you give award to games of something not even out ??!! sure the concept sound good but others that a few drawing and prototip it got NOTHING out.

    it just mean this award not serious

    give that to something OUT

    or say that indie prototips or promise

    you make it sound like the game out !!!

    award of nothing...
