See them driven before you,
And hear the lamentations of the women and children.

This isn't a signature, you just think it is.
Banwaves every 6 months on HB like clockwork pushing their user base further and further away as the only people having confidence are suicide botters who don't care about losing accounts.
lawsuit after lawsuit and while blizzards money is damn near endless and they own their own legal department Bosslands is finite and will run out eventually.
the fact that they changed the pricing structure shows how desperate times are getting also
and overwatch's detection is top notch, everyone is getting caught eventually... Bosslands own overwatch hack had 6 days of life until it was shut down still hasn't come back up yet. sure there is some private ones, but eventually they'll all go down.
Blizzard isnt looking for quick win's in court, it's slowly destroying the bot makers brand to show other companies... it doesn't matter how long it takes eventually they will win
no one can be charged and go to jail for cheating in an online game, however you can be detained and charged with conspiracy or attempting terrorism etc... if you buy the parts to do so.
