The preliminary patch notes for the EVE Online updated scheduled for August 9th have been released on the game's official site. The Contracts system will be going live in this update which will allow players to exchange goods and auction items from within the Citadels.

and if you think ccp bands isk sellers? nope. I know firsthand they dont lol SO MUCH BILLIONS ISK is going out of the coffers of certain nullsec empires....its ridiculous.

They changed their methodology to rolling out changes, a couple of times now.
Actually you're wrong about this. Most of the players these days are adults with jobs, such as recent college grads, and people in their 30's - 40's.
Because this is the perfect game to play, for people with full time jobs. You don't need to grind, so there is no such thing as grinding for new gear. And the entire game is driven by warfare and the economy.
So there is no "gear progression" like in other MMO's, but rather "gear manufacturing" and "gear destruction".
This is why I play Eve, because it's the only MMO that allows me to be elite, without having to spend a lot of time in-game to grind. My Eve NAV is about 4 tril these days.
