Cryptic Studios has posted a new update on the Champions Online site to let players know that the Shadow of Destruction content expansion is now live on the Public Test Server. Shadow of Destruction will bring new story line missions, daily repeatable quests, open missions and new rewards to the game.

    I'm surprised this still has enough people playing it to justify making content. I'm glad for them, since this is one of the only real super hero MMO's left at the moment, I wonder how active it actually is still. I thought it was fun for a while just got incredibly repetitive.

    It is coming back to life. Well maybe not CoH itself.. But we do have Valiance Online that is in Alpha that you can play and City of Titans is also in development.
