The game's nice, but I'm not exactly as excited. Not yet, anyway. More trailers and I'll probably pre-order the game. Lol.

I wont be touching it, but has nothing to do with the game itself.

I don't like Bioware. I appreciate their history in RPGs and some of the innovations they brought to the genre, but I couldn't care less about storylines (I think games are a bad medium for telling stories) and I absolutely hate companions! Every Bioware game I've played has been ruined by the companions.

I also hate EA. Whilst EA do sports games well, they do everything else badly and every studio they've ever bought has produced inferior products as a result. So, even if I did like Bioware in the past, they are no longer Bioware, they are just another EA studio focusing on the lowest common denominator and minimum viable products, rather than focusing on making awesome games.

Hopefully, those of you who are fans of the ME series will get a game you enjoy, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

    The potential is there.

But seeing as how Bioware progression is:

    KotOR >>> ME >> ME2 > ME3

I don't exactly have much faith that it will live up to it.

Oh yes. It's the only game worth my time for the next 8-9 months of game releases so of course I'm looking forward to it. I was curious about the next Watch Dogs but it has just another generic dude lead (like most games), so, meh. Other than that there's just more boring FPS/multiplayer and sports games coming out.

I am currently actually going through the series again. I love these games. I want them to tighten up the shooting a bit more while holding onto the RPG leveling elements. And I completely disagree with people that think ME1 is better than ME2 which is better than ME3. I think three was the best one by far with the exception of the ending. And ME2 was certainly better than ME1. The sheer amount of obnoxious Mako driving in ME1 made me sad. But also the shooting and skill mechanics were bad.

I tried to like Mass Effect, but I didn't - likely because I'm a horrible person, but it is what it is . . . and what it is, is a boring game.

The only fun thing with playing with 13 years old is that you know that when you own them good rougelikestyle they will go full retard and Get their mother ranting on VoIP :)
    Epic fun, but mostly annoying.

That is where I think you are wrong.  Considering these guys are world champions.
Are you onto something or just on something?

They really should have stuck with Shepard.  All that fan loyalty they built up and just threw in the trash.

Honestly, it looks very interesting.  But I have to pick and choose the games I play, and by the time ME:A releases I'll be playing Bless or Revelation full time.  Unless it is the 2nd coming, I will be skipping it.

The world is going to the dogs, which is just how I planned it!

      B)  Hell yeah I'm definitely going to purchase this game.

I suspect its going to be like the Star Wars prequels in that it has the name but lacks the substance.
