I get the 'want' of having them all now but game balance is a topic of conversation with every game in the world with PvP in it. Having a staggered release every week I just do not see as that big a deal.
The big deal is twofold (threefold really):
1. They said we'd get them all at once. Now we're not. 2. It will cause massive imbalance until every class has them. They are sacrificing game balance purely for money. This is not typical class balance issues- Awakenings are super-powered versions of classes.

And since this has already been pointed out in this thread that they never claimed they would be releasing them all at once, we can say something about you that we cant say about Daum/Kakao. We know for certain you are trying to deceive people.

The only way to make money in this model is to provide something people will want (or need) to spend money on. A staggered release does this no more than releasing all at once.

If you noticed when I jumped ship on B&S and why, you'd see that it's when they went p2w.
If you're saying I have an anti-p2w agenda, that's fine. It's no secret that I'm against p2w.
You're right that I was initially correct when I predicted BDO would go p2w. I didn't have anything to play after B&S though, so I really wanted that not to be true. Turns out I was wrong (or right, depending on how you look at it).
Anyway, through all of this and me getting burned by 2 MMOs going p2w in like half a year, I don't see where I lied. Butthurt, sure, but not deceitful.
All the things I said about BDO being a great game are still true, just like all the things I said about B&S having great combat and such are still true. It's also true that I think the Devs/Publishers made some really bad decisions in favor of grabbing cash in exchange for lowering the quality of both games, to the point where I can no longer play either of them.

But when you're selling a product and time and time again do something different than what you led customers to believe you were going to do, it's not going to end well.
You get extra bonus points if those things decrease the quality of the product, like in this case how some classes will be very overpowered with awakenings while some will not be getting them for 4 months.

I planned on going to see Bruce Springsteen on Thursday. Someone scheduled an important meeting late in the day and now I've decided its not worth the risk of being late due to traffic. In other words, things have come up that made me revalue the cost vs benefit of my plans.
But I wasnt lying when I told people of my original plans.
Yes, we don't know for sure what their original plans truly were. I'm just not finding any benefit to saying they planned on doing this while not actually planning it.
Also, they didnt lead people to think they wouldnt allow the resale of cash shop items for in game currency. In fact, they even said "if we do this, we will limit it". turns out they DID do exactly what they said.

When they say the game is going to be B2P here so they don't have to "resort to f2p cash shop shenanigans", that's meaningless?
It doesn't matter anyway. Even if they said, "We will absolutely 100% release all awakenings at the same time," and they went with this staggered release, a few people would still defend them saying, "Things change in online games, man."
Bottomline: Kakao has been very careful to not outright lie. They've made sure to pepper all of their statements about their plans with "at this time" or "we want to".
But they've certainly said things multiple times that led most people to believe one thing and then do another, usually to the detriment to the quality of the game in favor of grabbing cash.
