These may be some pretty standard tips if you're an experienced fps player, but I haven't really gotten into an FPS before Overwatch. These tips have really improved my aim and make the game way more fun.
1. Set graphics settings to Low. Apparently there is a link between fps (frames per second) and "input lag". I don't really know what imput lag is, but I do know I'm hitting more shots and the game overall feels better with high FPS. Pros also put the render scale to 75%, but this makes the game look like crap so I don't do that.
Game still looks fine on Low settings imo.
2. Lower the sensitivity on your mouse. Pros I've watched on stream have crazy low sensitivity, but I have mine set to 6 in-game and 2600dpi. I do want to lower the dpi but need to play a bit more before I can. Lower sensitivity helps a lot with aiming.
If you don't have a gaming mouse to adjust dpi, just try lowering the sensitivity in game.
3. Check out this thread on reddit:

If you REALLY don't want to aim I'd suggest playing Winston, but then you'd run the risk of becoming the twitch meme:
"No aim, no brain, yup you've guessed it, I'm a Winston main."
Honestly though Symmetra is pretty good too without aiming, or Mercy I suppose.
Unless you have an absolute beast machine pumping out fps at 140, I'd still suggest lowering the graphics, if nothing else. Game is more enjoyable at high fps, imo.

And then there is this article talking about how the league is plagued with cheaters.

Then again I guess I could be wrong.
Probably explains the DDOSing they've been getting lately.
I've never encountered a single one in 120 hours of playing. When I first started, I sometimes thought someone was aimbotting until I got decent with aim.
There's a kill cam on all your deaths. If you were aimbotted, it would be obvious and you can report them.
Since you very obviously don't play the game, don't you think there would be a big uproar if cheating was prevalent?
