Greetings!
So my girlfriend and I are beyond bored of World of Warcraft even with the recent release of Legion.. Could be perhaps we've been both playing it for X amount of years now and we're just looking for a different experience elsewhere outside of Azeroth. She is interested in a game where she can play as a race who has kitty ears and the only titles that come to mind are:
FF14: A Realm Reborn
Wildstar
Perfect World
Was wondering was I missing anything else? She says she hates Perfect World and Wildstar is at the bottom of the list. She doesn't care if it has a sub fee or not. So thought I'd ask here and see what I missed.
Thanks!

SWTOR
EQ2
Other games that have cosmetic items that resemble cat ears that I can think of
Tree of savior
Other games that have races of unspecified origin that can maybe be mistaken for a cat
Trove
I also think I saw a trailer for Archeage once that had a cat like humanoid player running around but maybe I'm mistaken.
Good luck finding your game.

Can I ask why Wildstar is at the bottom of the list? What type of activities do you want to do?
If you're looking for a game with class versatility and a cat-like race, Elders Scrolls Online is a decent title, with a medieval-fantasy feel. It's Buy-to-Play, and their most recent release includes all the latest DLCs. If you plan on giving it a try I highly recommend getting the new all-inclusive pack.
You CAN sub for ESO Plus, which I highly recommend if you're a big fan of crafting, you get a nearly bottomless bag for ALL crafting materials which is account-wide accessible.
On the negative side, ESO is full of glitches--some mildly annoying, some that will really piss you off.
Their game engine has some of the crappiest environment physics--even the slightest of inclines can bug your mount and slow you down considerably, and there are times when you're trying to scale a steeper incline where your character gets stuck in a slow-motion free fall which leaves you hanging in mid-air for a ridiculous amount of time. In towns with archways and gated entrances, the cobble stone textures on the ground can sometimes trip your character up and act as another attempt to scale an incline, slowing you down for no good reason.
Some maps have points where you get knocked through the wall textures and become stuck behind them until you use the /stuck command to port out. This is bad when it happens deep in a dungeon.
Cyrodiil, the RVR campaign environment, has major latency issues, loading time issues, and when it's busy on weekends players often get stuck on a loading screen indefinitely until you alt-tab-delete out and end the application. This is especially bad when you're in a raiding group trying to take a keep from an enemy faction but can't resurrect to assist your group. This loading screen issue has also affected players trying to repair keep walls that transition from a "damaged" appearance to a "repaired" appearance. This is one area where players definitely get pissed off. The only known fix that other players recommend is what I mentioned above; Closing out the client and restarting the game. That sucks.
There are other glaring issues with RvR, some which can be overcome if you read up on macroing "animation-cancelling" attacks. You'll need to learn this because the veteran players exploit this in a variety of ways which barrage your character with attacks that should normally take several seconds to execute given their "casting times", but they can launch a series of attacks in a split-second execution while you're still trying to recover.
If you hate cash shops that exploit players, you'll be pissed off at ESO's upcoming update when they introduce the cash-only loot chests with items not even available to their loyal subscribers unless they don't mind forking out even more cash for a ~10% chance at the item they desire. It's similar to Perfect World's "Neverwinter" scam shop without the pay-to-win items... at least for the time being.
Grand Fantasia - has cat like ears for costumes
GW2- also has cat like ears for costumes
GW2- has a cute little race with huge floppy ears.
Eden Eternal- has cute little race with big ears.

It is also important how much cuteness you expect from a cat race. There is nothing cute in ESO or SWTOR. I myself play the catrace in FFXV because they are cute and funny but in ESO because they are miserable, dark and into illegal drugs.
