MMO in Virtual Reality

So I don't think there is a VR MMO out yet. Just a few days ago I found the game Orbus VR. It's currently at a pre-alpha stage, so far from complete but it still got me superrrr excited. They plan on releasing a full on MMORPG for VR players this year. I don't think I'll ever leave my house then :/

Who else owns a VR headset here and would love to play a MMO game that way?

    Orbus does look fun. I'm hoping they get to free moving soon as the only tedious thing seems to be player movement. I am ecstatic about a motion VR MMORPG. We probably won't get an HD deep feature one for a while but it will be worth the wait!

    Yeah, moving around in an area takes a while in VR lol. Orbus is only in pre-alpha tho so they will probably polish it a lot more. But you're right, can't wait for a freakin awesome VR MMORPG.

    YES YES YES YES. RO is my most #1 favourite MMO I've ever played. It was actually my first MMO from when I was younger. 

    I bumped into this a few days ago. I hope it's still alive so I can try it out.

    My vison is not great in one eye but perfect normal overall.  VR is blurry.  I am not sure if glasses will fix that.

    check swifty's videos on youtube. he was able (dont know how) to run world of warcraft on htc vive - he was impressed. the world boss in westfall was HUGE. thats what he was saying.

    Once VR takes off and there is a big enough userbase, then thats when we will see a VRMMO's, its still years away unfortunately, there are several games that allow you to view them using VR but they aren't really that good as yet.

    For anyone interested. There was another test a few days ago and they added quests, partying, a dungeon and new enemies.

    when I have to choose between eating and a VR helm Its not worth even looking.. besides most VR helms do not take prescription glasses into account.

    It will be awesome to play something like ESO or WoW in VR
    I'm seeking a firefly type game. If anyone knows a place in the verse were I can be a big damned hero let me know.
