Not sure if this is true, but I was reading on Reddit and Denuvo is getting sued?
https://www.reddit.com/r/CrackWatch/comments/6evy3s/denuvo_is_going_to_be_sued/ Not posting an illegal crack or hack.
Anyone know anything about this I know its a shady company I refuse to buy any games from on Steam, or any game running Denuvo but I was searching Google and found this...

And speaking of such just 5 days ago I read these two news articles about Denuvo Online, it appears they are in some serious problems...
Does not contain pirated software or cracks just the news.

So with Denuvo...
. Having their database hacked and information leaked
. Slowing down games as shown with (Rime) and causing glitches
. Company located in a part of the world where scams often take place
. Refusing to respond to customer service emails
. Having a Malicious EULA / TOS you have to agree to just to play a game as a DRM
. Using Pirated / Unlicensed Code.
I can't help but wonder how many more developers of games are going to be dumb enough to use Denuvo, or how many games might or should just remove it all together to promote people to buying legitimate copies of their games I know of a few games I would legally purchase right now if it didn't have Denuvo.
I can understand "Serial keys" and "DRM created by the own company / creator of the game within reason, but Denuvo is not within reason, and I personally strongly feel game companies should trust in its consumers to buy their products and game and support the developers over creating problems for legitimate customers.

https://www.gog.com/ Also someone told me about GOG on steam which provides DRM free keys, and their refund policy https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000487189-Money-Back-Guarantee-Policy I am very happy to see some game developers and companies that put their faith in the hands of customers.
