What's more surprising is how can they maintain the rebuilding costs? If what you said is true, then Neowiz already tanked 3 rebuilding costs without getting any income from Bless itself. I say, wow! Those are some patience they have there!
When you don't want the truth, you will make up your own truth.
Lets hope they do not wesernize (clone WoW) too much.
If you want a new idea, go read an old book.
In order to be insulted, I must first value your opinion.
If the same devs were responsible for the pile of crap they originally produced. Then I'd say that's more than fair to hear that time and again.
Brenics ~ Just to point out I do believe Chris Roberts is going down as the man who cheated backers and took down crowdfunding for gaming.

They will have to Westernize quite a bit.
What would be the point of re-building the game twice just have to have it flop?
The PvP alone will make it an immediate pass for many.
You're probably going to acquire in game gold by some shady means and complain that it wasn't in the Terms.....ROFL
And I can't say I have ever been banned before from a game until Albion at least not for buying gold or anything like that, and I never said it wasn't in their terms that trading across games was illegal, I just did not understand their Terms when I read it because it was wrote by a German Lawyer, and at the time did not know trading currency between two games was illegal but it did teach me to be more careful on the games I back, and to check with the game company before ever exchanging currency across two games.
But what I mean in general is Korean Games are great, I love Korean Games, the concept models and the Art-Work is usually pretty amazing imo, even some of the sound-tracks and themes such as in Lineage 2 the Elven Forest / Mother Tree is awesome, but part of the problem that plagues Korean based games is the fact they always become 1.) RNG Based, 2.) Pay 2 Enjoy or Pay 2 Win.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7Oi5pIZI_0 Elven Theme
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62Nl7CmdwUU This one is the theme that brings back memories of all the gold spammers, and city full of dwarves selling goods as well as a big line of bots killing themselves to de-level while game-guard did nothing to stop them cheaters lol.
It's really too bad that Korean game designers can't actually work with "Western Designers" who know what they are doing to create a very good MMORPG, that actually generates income, and keeps a player-base like in World OF Warcraft.
Man, give me a game like ESO or TSW with BDO's graphics and fluid animations... and I'd be completely sold.

Archeage EU - Nui
Is it not making enough money in its target market (Korea) ?
Problem is, then they're potentially alienating customers in their Eastern market, which is really their first priority.
Just as there's a "Western MMO Market", there's an "Eastern MMO Market", with developers that focus on the preferences of their respective playerbases. Just as many Western gamers don't like Eastern themed MMOs, there are many Eastern gamers who don't much enjoy the Western themed titles. Not to mention that Western gamers have hangups Eastern gamers don't seem to deal with. Just for myself, over the years I've been playing MMOs, I've met a number of people on either side who refuse to play anything but Western, or anything but Eastern MMOs.
That said, there are Eastern MMO devs who've tried blending the two... Aion is an example of such an effort, and that didn't do all that great here in the West, because it was *still* "too Eastern" for many people (among other reasons). NCSoft also tried to retrofit a more Western style on to Lineage 2 with the Goddess of Destruction expansion, which basically ruined the game (IMO), but there's another example. FFXIV is very much a Western styled MMORPG, being heavily inspired by WoW and other Western MMOs. So, they do exist, they just don't often pan out as well as folks might assume, because they end up being "too much" of one, or "too little" of the other for people.
Personally, I can enjoy both styles of game - Eastern and Western. Some overlap can be interesting, but both approaches provide elements I enjoy, and I'd rather not have either one watered down for the sake of "appealing to fans of the other".
that a cash shop who runned since some time... very p2win and p2enjoy,
nothing of value was loss, that a shitty f2p games....with one of the best graphic ever see...
they wouldn't have to remake the thing if they did it right on the first time, so only thing I really think they should be thankfull the neowiz didn't axed some people there and hired new people
