LF mmo with no raiding.

I hate not being able to raid since I am an adult with parental requirements and work and mortgage etc.  But I also hate knowing that I am missing out on the true 'end game' and best loot etc.  I am mainly looking for something I can play with the wife that allows us achieve a lot without Raids even being in the game.  Especially if the game has been out for a while, because then its a game of 'well now go watch 500 hours of youtube videos first' before you can truly enjoy the game.  Looking for more pick up and play and less college cram study sessions.  Yes, no one is making me raid.  But I don't even want that temptation in the game.  Small man dungeons are fine.  

Are there any mmos out there that just says no to raiding?
